Hair By Jessica Woods requires a $100.00 deposit from new clients to reserve an appointment. This deposit will be applied towards the total cost of your service and serves guarantee for a timely cancelling or rescheduling.

Clients have up to 48 hours before scheduled appointment to cancel or reschedule. Please note that 50% payment for scheduled service will be required 24 hours prior to your appointment. Cancellations made on the same day will result in full charge of service cost.

Hair by Jessica Woods offers clients the option to cancel their appointment twice a year. However, any cancellations beyond that will result in prepayment requirement for future services with no possibility of a refund.

Please note that a 10 min grace period is provided for late arrivals, beyond that we may have to reschedule your appointment.
